I was struck by the beauty of the new restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Amidst the sleek and sophisticated design of the hotel, I was greeted with the sight of Tenshino’s long bar and Bohemian-style tables. The restaurant is decorated with vintage lamps, pictures of flowers and nature, and captivating tables and chairs that feel just like Paris.

The ingredients are freshly imported from Japan and France, and the cooking technique is innovative with strong reference to authentic Japanese cooking. I experienced wonderful flavours that no other restaurant in Bangkok, or in the world, had ever offered.

It’s hard to define the signature dish of this restaurant because each dish is outstanding and creative. I like how fresh lobsters are served simply with seaweed butter. The fettuccine is fresh and creamy, with Hokkaido uni. The highlight is the selection of Sashimi and Sushi of the Day. To complete the meal, try Yuzu Tiramisu, Azuki Matcha Mochi, or if you are an ice cream lover, choose Kinako Ice Cream and Matcha Ice Cream.

Creative flavours and attractive presentation of the food at Tenshino are the new highlight of this hip downtown hotel.
