WHAT'S NEW WATCHES

MARS

They say men are from Mars, but we can’t really generalise men like that,
because every man is different, and so is the watch on their wrist

VACHERON CONSTANTIN

Vacheron Constantin’s Traditionelle Complete Calendar Collection is sleek and sophisticated, befitting the Vacheron Constantin brand which is more than 300 years old. The watch features an 18K pink gold case, 41mm in size, and automatic movement. The layout is perfectly symmetrical with everything on the vertical centre line. The three-hand piece displays date and time, as well as the moon phase. It comes with the Geneva Seal certification.

BVLGARI

Always classy and stylish, Bvlgari goes sporty with the Octo Finissimo Chrono GMT, the World’s Thinnest Mechanical Chronograph Watch. The watch features a GMT function, showing two time zones at once. The sanded titanium body features bold intersection of circle and square forming an octagon. The 42mm watch is only 6.9mm thick, but is extremely powerful, with a comfortable 55-hour power reserve.

OMEGA

Seamaster Diver 300M has always been a favourite for sporty gentlemen. Omega has unveiled a new black ceramic version, 43.5mm in size. The case back and bezel are made with titanium, with 60-minute diving scale. The dial is black ceramic, which gives it a sporty vibe, just like the rubber strap. It is water resistant to 300 metres and offers superior precision with Master Chronometer.

VENUS

Now that we’ve said men are from Mars, women are from Venus, the star of beauty,
love, glamour and jealousy. Such attributes make women so captivating and mysterious.

CHOPARD

Happy Diamonds and Happy Sport have always been Chopard’s most loved collections. Sporty yet elegant, the Happy Sport Oval comes with seven floating diamonds on a white mother-of-pearl dial with diamond indicators. The bezel and lugs are also adorned with diamonds. The automatic movement is housed inside scratch resistant sapphire crystal on the 18k white gold case, 29.0 x 31.31mm in size.

PIAGET

Although it has been around for a while, every time Piaget launches a new version under the Limelight Gala collection, women always fall in love with it. The new one features an openwork finish, with dazzling diamonds on the bezel and lugs that make the watch more extravagant that ever. The 18K white gold case is 32mm in size, perfectly matching the mother-of-pearl dial. This model comes equipped with a Swiss quartz movement guaranteeing reliability and precision.

MONTBLANC

A simple yet feminine watch, the Star Legacy Small Second from Montblanc offers a retro classic look in a 32mm stainless steel case, with special engraving techniques forming the silhouette of the Montblanc “star”. The silvery-white dial features the Maison’s exploding star guilloché pattern. At 6 o’clock, an elegant diamond ring encircles the small seconds counter. The automatic watch comes with a sleek stainless steel bracelet.

JUPITER

According to Greek and Roman mythology,
Jupiter is the grandest of all planets and the king of the gods,
the centre of all knowledge and history, just like these three watches.

LONGINES

Classic design is the highlight of the Master Collection from Longines. The Master Collection Moonphase Edition comes with a 40mm stainless steel case, silvered barleycorn dial with painted Arabic numerals, and a power reserve of 64 hours, housed inside the sapphire crystal caseback. The three-hand watch has a moon phase indicator at 6 o’clock.

RADO

Retro is still very much in the trend, and Rado brings back its icon from 1957. The Golden Horse Limited Edition comes with a curved sunburst dial that has a red and black gradient, a popular design at the time. It is accented with two gold coloured seahorses at 6 o’clock. The watch comes with an 80-hour power reserve, housed inside a 37mm stainless steel case. The collection is produced in a series of 1,957 pieces only.

EMPORIO ARMANI

Although Emporio Armani is a fashion brand, not a watch brand, but its timepieces are iconic and tasteful. The Women’s Retro AR11244 watch features a 32mm case, and stainless steel bracelet coated with retro-looking rose gold. The silver dial is embellished with crystals.
