In Japanese folklore, when a fox reaches 1,000 years of age, it will turn into a celestial fox; a gold nine-tailed fox with supreme power or Tenko.
A folklore which is full of the spirits of eastern culture embraces Tenko Omakase Bangkok at the Pullman Bangkok King Power. At the helm of the restaurant, Chef Goji Kobayashi is the gold nine-tailed celestial fox of Japanese culinary. The chef devoted himself in Japanese culinary skills training and earned himself a title of Ichinin Mae or an independent chef.
TENKO BARA CHIRASHI
A bowl of rice topped with assorted raw fish which is commonly served during special occasion in Japan. Only fresh and premium fish of the season and ingredients are used.
OMAKASE CHIRASHI
A bowl of rice topped with assorted raw fish. All ingredient including sea urchin, cod roes, abalone, prawn and rare deep sea fish are fresh and chunky.
PREMIUM SUSHI SET
Only sushi and sashimi at their best make the cut for this set and the Chef is tasked to orchestrate the harmony of flavour from every piece of these wholesome ingredients.
