Terms and Conditions on How to Claim the Privilege
- Members are required to redeem CARATs for a unique code via member.kingpower.com or via @kingpower on LINE app. (Please study terms and conditions of CARAT redemption before redemption. Redeemed CARATs are irrevocable in all cases.)
- The obtained unique code must be quoted to claim for streaming privilege on WeTV app or on its website: https://qqlivei18n.onelink.me/ETTr/l6mx8y0d.
- The privilege is applicable to WeTV Thailand only. The obtained unique code must be quoted to claim for the streaming privilege within 7 days after receiving.
- Redemption is limited to 2 times/week and capped at 4 times/month (collectively on all channels which WeTV offer free streaming nationwide). The number of unique code is limitedly offered in compliance with the terms and conditions.
- In case of lost or inaccessible unique code which has already been obtained, the Company is not liable for replacement or reissuance. Unique code will be invalid after its expiration date in August 2023.
- Privilege is non-redeemable and non-exchangeable for cash or change and non-transferable for any other person.
- In case of streaming trouble, please contact [email protected]. Be sure to enter ‘VIP Help’ on an email subject and specify the channel source you obtained a unique code from.
- Terms and conditions are governed by the Company and are subject to changes without prior notice.
