To cool down from the summer heat, all you need is a cool drink with simple ingredients, like One More, gin and lemon with syrup topped with sparkling wine, or Junction Happy, an iced tea using a spicy berry blend, topped with vanilla syrup and bitter lemon. Espresso Caipirinha is inspired by a classic Brazilian drink using Cachaça rum to invigorate the senses, topped with an espresso shot for a Latin vibe.

Plating Dessert is modernly presented with an interesting composition of flavours. Bite Me invites you to take a bite of white chocolate sponge with raspberry compote, berries supreme and violet glazing.

Vanilla and lemon sponge cake in French Spring Haze tastes even more summery with lemon and mascarpone creamy, pear and white peach mousse, white peach and rose glazing, evoking a sense of the French countryside.

In another flavour, Mango and Coconut Piña Colada vanilla and orange sponge cake is matched with coconut mousse, pineapple compote with rum, mango and lime cremeux and coconut chantilly, inspired by a classic cocktail.

Japanese Connection is green tea sponge cake with mandarin compote, yuzu cream, yuzu and mandarin whipped ganache and yuzu glazing.

Indulgence is an interesting mix of chocolate and orange sponge, mango and mandarin compote, mango-mandarin and chocolate mousse, milk chocolate glazing.

BITE ME

Decadent flavour of white chocolate, raspberry compote, and wonderfully violet glazing.

TROPICAL TREATS

Vanilla sponge cake with lemon inspired by the French countryside. Vanilla and orange sponge cake is inspired by a classic cocktail.

INDULGENCE IS NOT A SIN

A perfect summer treat with citrus flavour from orange and bittersweet flavour of chocolate.

THIRST QUENCHER

Summer goes hand in hand with lemon. Gin lemon and sparkling wine can help cool you down in the afternoon.

FROM THE HIGH HILL

Tea is not only good for a winter morning. The scent of tea from high altitudes can be really invigorating, especially when it’s enjoyed cold.

LATINO REFRESHMENT

A heavy Latin cocktail, Caipirinha is reinvented with an espresso shot.
