King Power Mahanakhon invites all to celebrate the Thai New Year this Songkran 2019 at KING POWER MAHANAKHON SONGKRAN SKYWALK, when the new landmark destination will be transformed into a traditional Songkran fair featuring booths of famous Thai street food such as noodles from Kuay Chup Nai Lek (Uan) Yaowarat, seafood from Talay Tod Saladaeng, delicious fried oyster pancakes from Heng Hoi Tod Chao Lae, traditional Thai desserts from Kanom Buang Talad Phlu, and much more along with an array of other activities and a traditional dance performance. To celebrate the Thai New Year, *children under the age of 16 can enjoy free admission, when accompanied by an adult visitor. The festivities will take place during 11-16 April 2019 between 12:00-20:00 hrs daily.
On top of seeing the highest views of Bangkok at the Mahanakhon SkyWalk on levels 74 and 78, visitors will also witness uniquely Thai activities. Learn about Songkran traditions at the flower garland and Thai fragrance sachet making workshops and take them home as souvenirs before
joining a water pouring ceremony with a replica of Chachoengsao’s revered Luang Por Sothorn Buddha statue, to be placed at Bangkok’s highest point, 314 meters above the city.
To celebrate the special occasion, adult admission tickets to Mahanakhon SkyWalk (levels 74 and 78) are available at a special price of 765THB per person (discounted from a normal price 965THB).
